About the event
These sessions are in person every Tuesday from November 14 through December 12, 2023. Each class features a lecture on an area of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra preliminaries, followed by guided practices using asana, breathing, visualization, contemplation and meditation. We explore the fundamental practices necessary to enter any traditional non-dual path. Please contact Steve in advance to discuss your interest and eligibility.
